Default Baltimore Ave?
Saw a listing for a place in Highland Park/Eagle Rock for Baltimore Ave in the triangle of N Figuroa, York, and N Ave 54... I checked the LAPD crime thing and there's some violent robberies that happen on those major roads, but nothign reported on the streets inside the triangle...

Is this one of those neighborhood by neighbor hood bad/good places, or am I gonna be looking over my shoulder on a commute down Figuroa to USC? Anyone familiar with the area?
