I am about to sign a lease for an apartment in this area. Does anybody know if this is a good neighborhood? Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks,
gladiator

I concur, very nice neighborhood. Parking could be an issue if you're in a stretch with a lot of apartments. Some streets have permitted parking.

This is a good area for rental properties, as Cubancoffee said the biggest problem is parking. Otherwise lots to do and lots of interesting people to get to know.

yes, that's a good area. you're within walking distance of so many places, like ralphs grocery, target, trader joes, etc.
