Hello,
I just received a job offer from SMC. I'm considering either trying to find a one or two bedroom in Santa Monica or Culver City. I've been using Craig's List and also apartmenthunterz but not having much luck. I like visiting the farmers market, library, YMCA, coffee shops & low-key places - any recommendations on either one of the above mentioned areas (or other suggestions within a good commute?) If any of you have heard of a guest house, bungalow, duplex, triplex or apt. (1 or 2 bedroom) ideally with hardwood floors, please contact me directly - much appreciated. I need to relocate from Oregon within the next month. |

Either area will fit your needs. There are a lot of ads on Craigslist, I don't know why that isn't working for you. Try Free Los Angeles, Inland Empire, Orange and Ventura County Classifieds. Or try Westside Rentals. The list will cost $60.
