Where are the worst areas in Pasadena?

Hey I moved to Pasadena almost a year and I live North or above the 210 & I LOVE it! I've never have any problems. Very nice neighbors-- I live in a gated community & am a 5 min walk from the Metro/Greyhound and 10-15 mins from Old Town. It is an awesome place for being a complete newcomer to CA. I think LA would have been too overwhleming. I just moved to another place yesterday (has a pool

It's literally one street north of the 210: Maple & Lake
I hear the sketchiness starts past Lake Ave & Washington Blvd.
