I'm not a republican -- and MOST democrats aren't socialists. Obama is. But Bill Clinton was a great president for the most part, he was quite fiscally conservative and socially liberal, he did a fantastic job. I'm a libertarian -- I don't care for big government one way or another. If it's Bush spending our money on silly wars, I'm against it and I hate Bush. If it's Obama wanting to spend my money on his socialist programs, I'm against it and I strongly dislike Obama. I can't say I much like McCain either, so there's no use getting into a political discussion of these two undesirable candidates.

I am against minimum wage -- the free market will decide what wages are reasonable. We don't need a "minimum" wage to decide that. Oh don't even get me started on "progressive" taxes, whatever the hell that euphemism is supposed to mean. We need either a flat tax or a fair tax, and I'm all for the fair tax -- levied on goods purchased only, not on income. There should be no income taxes. You shouldn't be penalized for making money. You should be taxed for spending it. That way nobody can avoid taxes, we don't need an IRS, and we don't need a big bureaucracy. Made your money on drugs illegally and want to get a Ferrari? Fine, but you're paying the taxes and you can't avoid it. GOOD LUCK avoiding a tax that only incurs when you purchase something. There is support for the fair tax among both democrats and conservatives, and I think it would greatly aid our economy. Also anyone not making enough money would be returned whatever taxes they paid anyway under that system, so it wouldn't unfairly tax those not making as much money. In fact, as usual, they wouldn't be paying much of anything. I'm all for taxing luxury items, I think the taxes should be even higher frankly, because I don't mind the idea that if I want to go out and buy a Ferrari I have to pay taxes on it. But taxing people MORE PERCENTAGE POINTS just for succeeding? That is absolute horse crap and it's robbery is what it is.

Social security? Nope, sorry, don't believe in that corrupt system. It's collapsing under its own weight anyway, already proving what a stupid idea that was, but furthermore people can save for their own retirement. If they can't figure out how to do that, I'm sorry, that's not anyone's problem but theirs. We need a return to personal responsibility in this country, individual rights, but individual rights come with individual responsibilities. You need to figure out how to save for your own retirement, not have someone else garnish your wages and save for you. It's just silly.

Medicare? No, I don't believe in that. You can pay for your own healthcare. I don't want to pay for anyone else's healthcare. That's not my problem. If you have major medical issues you can't afford to pay for, tough. This idea that we all should give up tons of our money and just create a socialist state to take care of all the losers in society is ridiculous. If you have a special medical case, you can raise money through charities or private donations. There is lots of aid out there. But it shouldn't stolen from the people by the government to pay for things we don't agree with. It's robbery, nothing more.

The majority people don't understand the economy because many aspects are purposelessly led to confuse us (i.e puppets on CNN, S Orman). Your basic economic class in college doesn't do much ether because they conveniently leave out the fact that there is a hidden hand in the game.

Furthermore, openness and financial statements are required from U.S citizens in regards to our finances but this same procedure is not required by our Government or the Federal Reserve. So because the Government can hide what they are doing they can do as they please then bear the burden on the tax payers. TONS of money gets funneled into military Black projects. We have military planes that go mach 4-5, lasers that can shoot things out the sky going at 12,000mph, underground military city's, ect, ect. Good grief people are starving in 3rd world country's!!! This stuff is NOT on the books.

The Bush Administration came in a de regulated wall street. In doing so this allowed all kinds of exotic investing to take place. This is were the flash light needs to shine. But instead its always the little guys fault, the homeowner who bought a house who could not afford it. From what I'm told the hole housing issue only totals 1 trillion dollars. So in other words the blame is being placed on the American People for our ENTIRE global meltdown. Come on, you expect me to buy that? This was planed.

Companies will treat you like a source of revenue, as well they should.
The super rich "should care" about the average person because if it wasn't for the average person they would not be rich. You rich people are dependent on us but in your own arrogance you refuse to see it.

I'm not rich but I do have one friend who is well off who I use to work for and I noticed that the moment a person becomes well off there perception changes and they feel that they are better then the guy who works at the gas station. It's even worse if the person is born into wealth. The SUPER SUPER rich like the queen of England goes as far as to only mate with other SUPER SUPER rich family's/bloodlines. Bush for example has a family tree going back to the 15th century. He's closely related to every monarch on and off the throne.

The Rothschild's would intermarry to "keep it in the family" they are the most powerful family in the world as they are 1 of the 13 family's who are the most powerful out of the powerful.

I'm not paranoid, I'm just telling it like it is. I have been told that Hollywood makes movies about the past, the present and whats coming in the future. Nothing more.

Hollywood is rather interesting because is goes back to ancient civilizations who use to practice magic and it has something to do with the Holly tree. As Jordan Maxwell says; "Hollywood is still working there magic."

It's only in today's society of total pussies that we have a hard-on for not taking anyone's land by force anymore, as though that's somehow passe. It's totally natural. This fight for resources and land goes back throughout history, and it extends to animal species, too.
Actually, this short post is not enough to talk about the power struggle going back and forth going further back then Egyptian empire. But in current history the secret society's coming out of England founded the U.S. Make no mistake about it our world is SHAPED and HONED by these secret society's that hide behind government. Listen to JFK's LAST speech before they took him out. The proof is right there, JFK told the people what was going on and it cost him his life.

Why not? The earth should be respected like a camp site. While you are here enjoy it then leave it nice and clean for the next person who comes along. This is so simple. But instead we have a few family's who claim everything for themselves and force the masses into slavery. And now with all this "technology" we have land mines from old wars still blowing up little children legs who run around to play, depth chargers still under water, medial waste dumping in the ocean, toxic waste from the exotic rocket fuel fouling the air, ect, ect.. We are probably the most selfish generation up to date and one day mother earth will turn against all of us.

This is capitalism and it works.
I'm a truth seeker. I have no affiliation to any party because as you follow your way up to the top it leads into the same bloody sack of killers and thieves. Oh, but your not suppose to know that, oops!

well :

1. Its a great place in genral. you cant argue unless they hate
2. Los Angeles Lakers, Dodgers and Angeles tend for people to say Moderator cut: the heck with L.A, all sports affect it.
3. Celeberties automatically create a new look of L.A
4. Then there are some gangs in a small part of south los angeles that gets other wanabes around the nation to talk crap.
5. theres a lot of reasons, im sure you get the point

but yeah in genral Los Angeles is a great place. great city, great metropoilitan, so much to offer.
