Hi, i'm not philippino, so take this with a grain of salt. I don't know how old you are, but all of the UC's and college campuses have kababayan's and kaba modern clubs (dance clubs). Perhaps you could look into this. If you are older than college aged, I know that a lot of them are headed by older people who might be able to help you find something in the community. Cheers!
