Is this a decent, safe address? I know the 90038 zip code is spotty and I'm moving sight unseen, so I want to make sure this is an ok area. I checked Googlemaps street view and it seemed nice.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks for the link! Seems fairly safe...a few isolated incidents around Santa Monica and Sunset, but looks fine.
