I recently moved to Hermosa from Michigan last month. I love the area, especially the amazing weather. It's a flat 72 degrees everyday almost. The traffic isn't as bad as the hype. The pier area is amazing and full of bars.

I'm a Minnesota girl myself, and have noticed the same in Hermosa. But don't worry, not too many of the guys there are quality either, so if you do find a girl you like, go out of your way to not be a typical "bar guy" and you won't have to worry about any competition.
If you want more quality, Manhattan Beach might be your place to go, although many of the women there turn out to be gold-diggers.

Have to enjoy your posts. Nothing has changed in 30 years it seems! Looking for love in all the wrong places, just like I used to do...in Hermosa, Manhattan and Redondo.

I'm a Minnesota girl myself, and have noticed the same in Hermosa. But don't worry, not too many of the guys there are quality either, so if you do find a girl you like, go out of your way to not be a typical "bar guy" and you won't have to worry about any competition.
