Default Transferring.

Hi my question is for anyone that can please answer me this. My bf is stuck in Oregon for probabtion hes not done with till April 28th, 2009 I was wondering if by any chance he would be able to get a transfer from Oregon to So-Cal........He cant really take being up there knowing that his family really needs him down here........they are both legally blind and so they really need him here to help them out.......Anyways if anyone can please answer me. Please let me know asap. Thank You.

There are only two ways a transfer can happen: 1) The County he wants to transfer to will accept him; 2) He has a job available and waiting for him. Your biggest problem will be getting already an already over burdened Probation office to accept the transfer. If he haas been a model probationer you might have a chance. Good Luck.
