looking at these two addresses in google maps, it appears that the first house is in watts (south central), or perhaps just west of watts? no thank you, not even at that price.
the second house appears to be a little bit north of the first one (not sure of the exact neighborhood, although it's definitely part of south central), but still in a very rough neighborhood as far as i can tell. again, pass.
the homes themselves don't look that bad, though. i'd probably consider them if they were in a better neighborhood.

there are some houses in long beach in the 200k range. they are just as small and in the worst areas of LB, but the worst areas of LB arent as bad the worst areas of LA
