Default Atwater/Glendale?

my friends are moving here and they found this place on craigslist, says 3bd for $900. here is the address, 3121 Atwater Avenue. anyone know anything at all about the area?

That price is impossible. A hole-in-the-wall 3 bedroom house in Atwater would have a 1 in front of that number. For 900 you might get an attached studio.

I like Atwater except it's really flat. It's got a little bit of urban village without the vibe. Glendale...I lived there for 2 years and love it. Some people hate it because of the demographics but I have no prob with it.
