I need an official (government), recent (2007 at the earliest) source for the average rents in Los Angeles COUNTY. This is the closest Ive found http://www.lacity.org/lahd/brfgprog.pdf

Can anyone point me in the right direction or share some links?

I have no idea officially(that's research you can do yourself
I'd venture and say that it's $1200-1300, however. Possibly slightly more due to all the extremely expensive and overpriced beach rentals.

I have tried myself, for several hours actually and that was the closest I could find so I wanted to see if anyone knew of where I could find that information I would imagine it should not be so hard to find..
