I'm considering an apartment on Los Feliz Blvd. Is there parkinging on Lowry Road or Wayne Avenue over night or at all? I can rent a garage with my apartment, but we have 2 cars..Also, how bad is the noise if you live right on Los Feliz Blvd? I've lived in NYC for years and could tolerate the noise..do you think it's any worse?

Might want to check with the city. I understand parking has to be provided by the owners. It can be a simple parking space, covered parking or a garage.

The noise isn't too bad. It calms down at night. Traffic is worse during the summer because the Greek Theatre has concerts. If you have to park on the street, I understand that can be a challenge

Parking on Lowry is fine. Surprisingly better than expected. The noise is pretty loud, busses and motorcycles and the occasional Ferrari. But over all if you've lived in a big city before it calms down at night.
