It's open, but there are RULES.

wah wah

someone move this to the L.A forum already so crybaby can stop

ANNNNNND its funny how old "scarsdale"(where is that?? lol) boy was ranting in a 6 page thread simply about nyc being the greatest city here in the general forum...funny how he didnt rush t get that removed huh

on another note...

seeing these pics, wheres all the :

-"immense smog" that people not from here think makes it impossible to live
-where are these "illegals" that torment citizens every day, every hour
-wheres the "raging wildfires" or "monstrous earthquakes" that rock us every day

i won't lie, all of L.A doesnt look like this but the same can be said for most other cities, theres good and bad, yet jealous simpletons not from here focus on the bad ...why? inferiority complex i assume

Exactly. This is one of those rules:

"The General U.S. is for questions not specific to any one state or city."

This thread should be in the Los Angeles forum instead of the General U.S. forum.

As somebody who likes LA (and I'm sure many LA forumers would agree) you really turn people off to LA. I don't think people dislike the city itself, but the city is only a skeleton. The people who live in it are the living breathing source of any cities core.

Don't be another reason people dislike LA. LA is a great city, don't give it a bad name.

If you're so great, why don't you go to West Philly and brag about it. We'll see how great you are there.

And I was in CA this summer. I could see the wildfire smoke in the sky. Don't tell me it ain't there because it is. Down by Big Sur had it, NoCal had it, a lot of the state had blazing wildfires engulfing the landscape.

If you're going to post all these pictures, you should post some of East LA and the Gateway Cities. These pictures show a small part of LA and could give some people the wrong idea.

We need more pictures of REAL LA:

Maybe when the Gold Line Extension opens I'll swing by there.

I posted all these pictures and all you're doing is complaining? Geez, let me see you step up to the plate then.

Until then, you have no validity.
