Talent Singing agencies? (how much, schools, living)

Hi there, my daughter is a really wonderful singer and wants to break into the business.

We were in LA this past March and had a fantastic vacation. Being in LA fueled my daughter with more of a desire to perform. She is young and I am very green behind the ears about where to go. If someone could tell me where a good place to start, we would be very appreciative.

She is singing for the USO currently and sings around locally. Her name was passed to a local baseball team where we live to sing The National Anthem and she is on the schedule to sing at one of her schools football games.

I am by no means a mother living through my child, but a mother who is seeking information( her request) for
her daughter to do what she dreams of doing. Music is her life and her passion for sure. From time to time, she tells me how much she wants to sing for others, it truly gives her joy! Moments like that, makes this mother want to move the mountains to help her understand and get her moving in the direction she wishes.
