What's a fair Price for Parking Garage
My landlord has asked me to give them a fair price for using the parking garage.
What would you guys consider a fair price for a parking garage. I wanted to do some research first before I overpriced myself, or was unfair to them in my price. Thoughts!!

Check with the city. He may legally be required to provide one.

Wait a minute!!! Doesnt all apartments/buildings in LA come with at least one parking spot that is actually included as part of the rent? Where do you live?

Yeah, that's what I thought. One spot comes with the apartment and extra ones for an extra fee. (I haven't researched it but that's what I thought)

landlords don't have to provide parking, but when they do, the cost is most often included in the rent. if you're being charged extra for parking in an apartment building, you might want to look for another place, as the vast majority of LA's rental units come with one parking space per bedroom. (this isn't new york!) if you're renting a house with a detached garage, it's more reasonable for the landlord to rent the garage separately or not rent it at all, but that's fairly uncommon as well.

Depends on where you are. Some places, like Santa Monica, have a lot of apartments that only come with street parking, and you have to get a permit from the city. And I've seen plenty of two bedroom units with only one space. It's the whole, "it depends" thing.
