Women are generally healthier with very nice figures in LA compared to the East Coast because they are out in the sunshine & are active. Otherwise things are pretty much the same anywhere with attractive\ intelligent\ fun-loving women.

Alright now...without all the women on here getting all pissy at me...I am going to answer your question very honestly as a man!
Women in L.A. are pretty easy (It is not hard to get laid, as long as you are not a complete tool!) That being said, I really don't have a rough time getting girls! You just have to be yourself and don't fake the funk! If they don't like who you are...F'em, you will find another (but that goes for anywhere). You just have to remember that even the hottest broad you have ever seen is just a girl, with the same heart and mind as another girl. Don't be scared of her because she is hot! The funny thing about it is that hot girls usually dont think they are hot and ugly girls think they own the world...that is some hillarious sh@#!
Thre are girls all over the place that just want money, but if you don't have it, than don't act like you have it! Trust me...I have been with some true dime pieces and it is not about the money(cause I don't have it...I will make an awesome date out of a taco truck and a ball game if I have to!) It is about being yourself and enjoying one another...remember a girl is a girl no matter how hot she is!
Comparison of looks...
L.A. girls are hotter, but NYC girls are sexier! Hard to explain!
