Do actors/actresses have streets named after them? I've heard of Chevy Chase Dr in Glendale, is it named after Chevy Chase, the actor? Who else has streets named after them in LA land?

Chevy Chase Dr. in Glendale was around LONG before Chevy Chase first became famous on the original Saturday Night Live. It's named after Chevy Chase, Maryland.

Other than Bob Hope Dr. in Burbank and George Burns Dr. in the Fairfax District, all the streets in L.A. named after actors and actresses are named after silent era personalities, as many of them were involved in real estate development as a sideline. E.g. Pickford St., Talmadge St.

There are two streets named after "Golden Era" directors AFAIK: Ince Blvd. in Culver City and DeMille Drive in Los Feliz. In both cases, said directors had a role in developing those areas.

There are streets named after Frank Zappa in other cities worldwide, but nothing named after him in his home town....

There is also a Chevy Chase in Beverly Hills. And no, it was not named after him.

Chick Hearn Drive(or street?) in infront of the Staples Center in downtown. Not necessarily a movie star, but a star of Los Angeles no doubt

While not named after one particular star, I think Avenue of the Stars in Century City pays homage to Hollywood and the celebrities in LA.

Ronald Reagan has plenty of things named after him. In the Simi Valley area their is the Ronald Reagan parkway, and the Freeway in Simi is named after him as well. But then I think that stuff came after he left the industry. Seems I remember he had a couple of temp jobs that he did, one in Sacramento and another in Washington D.C.
