I still like the chain gang idea.

Speaking of chain gangs, a memorable scene from a legendary movie:

You are more than welcome to come to Maricopa County, AZ and see them in action. The infamous Sheriff Joe uses chain gangs to pick up trash along the roads here. Big signs by the side of the road "Sheriff's Chain Gang at Work" then you drive past and groups of men and women are in their black and white striped clothes (with the pink underware underneath) picking up trash. When it's 110 degrees outside.

Just the thought of having to do it makes me tremendously law abiding.

It infuriates me so much. I have literally seen people pull up, open their back car door, and throw all their trash out of their car onto the street. I started yelling at them and they drove off.

I told this woman, who parked in front of my house, who just happen to litter right in front of my house that she dropped something. She apologized and picked it up.

I will tell people when I see them litter to pick it up or I would call the cops on them.

I'm always surprised at the boldness of individuals in California. I would never say something like that to anyone in LA. They could be a gangster or have gang connections and could you follow you to your home and try an attempt at your life!
