At 3AM, it's easy.

Commuting to/from work for an 8AM start, it is pretty painful. I'd guess at least an hour, maybe 1:15??

a coworker of mine drives from westlake village to century city. he once told me that its only a 45 minute drive using PCH and Olympic Blvd. I don't believe him. It has to be atleast an hour each way.
