cool office space in long beach?
I'm looking for office space in long beach, but don't want something corporate like the buildings in downtown right on ocean. Do any of you have suggestions for areas I could look into?
My dream office space would be hip and modern. Maybe a large open loft with 1 or 2 enclosed offices (I'd like to be able to slam my door if I get angry at interns haha) or something more industrial with exposed brick walls and polished cement flooring. It MUST accomidate up to 5 or 6 people.
I know I'm being really particular, so maybe just throw out some areas you'd suggest, and I can dig around some more myself

I would take a drive down 7th street, Redondo south of 7th, 2nd street(Naples/Belmont Shore), and maybe some parts of Anaheim around Redondo. Those are have the hipster type buildings where you see establishments that fit that mold, like used record stores, used book stores, etc etc
