Default Moving to LA in Nov
Hello everybody,

I am a newbie to this forum, just found out a couple of days ago while doing some research for apartments near beverly hills.

I am going to join a company which is in Beverly Hills, N Maple dr to be precise. My criteria is to stay within 5-7 miles of the company. I am interested in leasing out at an apartment on San Vicente Blvd/S Cochran Ave.

I would like to know how safe the locality is. By the way I am coming along with my wife who is a homemaker.

that area is kind of a fringe area between some nicer neighborhoods and some not so nice neighborhoods.
