Default Condo of Manchester and Aviation - advice on location

Hi,

We are planning to buy our first condo and have really liked a place at the intersection of Manchester and Aviation.
However, we are not sure of how safe that area is (owing to its proximity to Inglewood)...

We would greatly appreciate any advice.

Thanks!

Are you serious? That's almost right under the approach for two runways. In fact, if you look at live.com's aerial view, you can actually see a plane coming in right over Aviation Blvd. I'm sure the train tracks add a lovely presence to the area too.

I think, technically, it's still Westchester. But it's very heavy industrial and EscapeCalifornia is correct, there will be a lot of airline approach noise and heavy traffic at all hours. Just south of that intersection, LAX bought up entire neighborhoods. I'd pass as I would expect that the area will get worse before it gets better. Sorry.

edit- did I forget to mention the train tracks?
