banner is in the heart of bixby knolls. very nice area and very safe. suburban with a little walkability
523 broadway is okay, but urban. should be safe, but lots of people and the further north you go the worse it gets
489 dawson is around 7th and cherry. probably not desireable.
2125 chestnut looks to be in wrigley(pch to willow along lb blvd). that area has been on the up and up and cosmetically is getting nicer, but i dont know so much about true living conditions/safety
if you want urban, go with broadway. if you want suburban, go with banner.
