Not sure why this struck me as kind of cool, but today I had to drive from Granada Hills to Arcadia and I thought it neat that I passed some LA icons.

The cascades, bringing water into the SFV near Balboa.

Hansen Dam.

Rose Bowl.

Arboretum.

Santa Anita.

Not bad for a 30 minute drive.

You also passed Descanso Gardens (in La Canada, near where 210 & 2 intersect), which is a lovely place.

Technically...by the time the 210 sweeps east in Pasadena, you don't pass the bridge, you're already at Lake ish. But that's splitting hairs.
