Geesh, okay I get the point about the work thing....
I want to live in Agoura Hills since I have never lived in an actual suburban community before and it's safe and not too into the metro. So to be fair it seems that I have to keep my wife at home since I am chosing the community were going to live in.
Well, what if I was able to work in one of the cities that pays well and i make $70,000 a year and i am able to get the $200,000 condo?
ya see my plan is this;
i was born in oxnard, ca (ex-urban) until i was 8 and then my dad transfered to the youth authority in paso
so then here i am a senior in high in Templeton, Ca (suburban)
&then I got into college at California State University Northridge LA(urban)
after college i plan to live in a nice suburb, Agoura Hills (suburban). and most city planners get their jobs by interning for the cities around the college so it makes it easy for me to get a job where i go to college
Oxnard(ex-urban)-Templeton(rural)-L.A.(urban)-Agoura(suburban)
the reason i chose this route as u can see is to experience how it's like to live in each of the different communities, allthough, every neighborhood i live in is suburban O:
i lived in the west side bedroom community part of Oxnard, and not in the business area or downtown area. so it was a pretty suburban area. and in templeton i live next to trader joes and in a suburban cul-de-sac. And Northridge and the whole San Fernando Valley is pretty much a suburban ghetto seperated from the urban center of LA where the business, shopping, schools, and airport and whatnot is. and then agoura hills is all pretty much suburban with some rural areas.
