Default Month-to-month apartments in West LA

Could anybody advise me such apartments? The prefferable locations are West Hollywood, Burbank, Van Nuys etc

senglory, it has been my experience that most apartment owners only do six or twelve month leases. I think your best bet is to pick an area and walk around collecting phone numbers of places that list vacancies. Then call and ask what their policies are. It'll be like looking for a needle in a haystack, but you might get lucky.

oakwood apts, malibu canyon i think those 2 do month to month......furnished month to month they add on about 400 a month

I found a month-to-month apartment in Glendale on Craigslist. I just landed a job in Culver City so I have to move They are out there, i looked on CL for 2 months before finding it. Most places want 6mo to 1 year. I've noticed that some 1 year lease places will consider 6mo with good credit or an extra $50-$100 a month.
