Those photos were just beautiful. I love the homes a long Lanuda Bay and love driving along the coast. It feels unreal to not have homes so close together and actually see open, natural space near the ocean in SoCal. Truely unreal.

Really enjoy scene of singles-oriented ManhattanBch and family-oriented PV Peninsula.....biggest (and IMO catastrophic) weaknesses of each are lack of proximity to fast fwys to get to high-income careers...and/or desirable restaurants/bars of BH

Nicely done Vegaspilgrim! I grew up on the hill and fondly remember all of the areas you shot. I only wish there could have been one overlooking "Marineland of the Pacific." Ahhh, yesteryear. I'll have to dig back through my old slides and see if I have some 70s versions of your photos.
