Hi I'm hoping to buy an ocean front condo on Ocean Blvd. in Long Beach, CA, next to shoreline area. I need to rent it out for a while, what would be the best forum for advertising a 2 bedroom condo in that location? Should I hire a property manager? I'm new to Long Beach area, thanks.

Smile Long Beach, CA ocean front condo rentals

Thanks, I've just been looking at their online site. Didn't see much ocean front but then there probably isn't much available, I guess.

grunion gazette, craigslist, pennysaver(pennysaverusa.com), the sun(seal beach, los alamitos, and neighboring coastal cities), and the premium one that should get you more quality hits is westside rentals. there are also some property management cos in the area, the ones i know that should service that part of lb are probably ray roberts realty and bj properties. no idea what kind of fees would be involved. you could also contact a realtor, since some realtors handle condo and housing rentals as well as sales
