Hi all,

I am recently engaged (yay) and my fiance and I are thinking of moving to Pasadena. He will be working from home and I work from home some of the time so space is a real key. We don't mind being outside LA but don't want to be too far - so Pasadena is appealing.

We would love a 2/3 bedroom house or large apartment that won't kill us financially - I am thinking capping out at $2500

Is this doable?
Are there better areas than others?
Are there better places to look than CL and Westside Rentals?

We don't have kids so school districts are not a concern.

I am also open to other suggestions

Thanks in advance!

For other sources for rentals try the Pasadena Star News Home - Pasadena Star-News

Also there are some property management companies in the area, one that I see signs for often is Beven and Brock http://www.bevenandbrock.com/

You may have to look for awhile to find something in that price range, especially for a 3BR. For Pasadena try and stay south of the 210 Freeway unless you are east of Lake Avenue.
