Moving to LA from Australia - Advice Needed
Hello folks,
As the title says I`m moving to LA from Australia and would like some advice about where to live. Here are the details:
*My job is in Glendale.
My domestic partner and I are in our late 20`s, our priorities for places to live in LA are:
1. Safety!
2. Proximity to work in Glendale (riding a bike to work would be ideal.. but probably not possible)
3. A nice, modern, secure dwelling (most likely an apartment) 1 bedroom, rent range from $1200-2100 Per month.
4. Close to facilities and shopping, galleries,restaurants, theaters etc
Here are the possibilities I have come up with after some research. These are in order how suitable they sounded
Glendale
South Pasadena/Pasadena
Burbank
Eagle Rock
LA Canada Flintridge
La Cresenta
Montrose
Echo Park
Any and all info would be appreciated. Thank you!
