Radicalraul, agree with you. Places in the Bayarea that were double if not triple the cost a year or two ago are the lowest I've seen them.

for the blue line: downtown long beach is decent. california heights is acceptable to some. signal hill can be very nice. you could also live in belmont shore, east arts district, naples, bluff park, etc and be a short bike or car ride to the blue line terminal
