Default What's in NORTH Hollywood?

Some of my friend s ive in North Hollywood. I might be planning a trip there for spring break. Is there anything to do there via foot or bike?

I love the beach, but that obvisouly would take a car.

Do you know of any fun daytime (low-cost) activities I can do?

North Hollywood has a Red Line station(subway) that will you quick and easy access to Hollywood, Downtown, Los Feliz, and a few other places.
The day pass to use the Red Line and other MTA services is 5 bucks for the day.

North Hollywood is a section of Los Angeles in the San Fernando valley. It is close to Burbank\ Glendale & Hollywood. Transportation [Red & Orange lines] & a great little theater district.

Is there anything specifically in North Hollywood that would be fun during the day?

You could probably make a day trip out to the beach if you wanted to without the car. Being from Michigan, you might as well see some ocean if you are going to come so far

I would go over to Santa Monica.

Take the Red Line subway from North Hollywood Station to Vermont/Beverly Station and then transfer to the Metro Rapid 704 Bus west to downtown Santa Monica and the beach. Should make for a nice day trip and not be difficult to get to at all.

I think you meant the Vermont/Santa Monica Blvd. station.
