Default Pasadena to Baldwin Park commute

Hi, I'm considering a job at Kaiser in Baldwin Park and looking to live in either Pasadena or Claremont. Considering commute times only, which community would be better? Is eastbound from Pasadena "against the commute" or does the commute from Pasadena radiate in all directions?

Pasadena would probably be a better commute since most traffic would be heading into Pasadena or LA in the mornings. From Claremont, you would have to go west on the 10 or 210 and they are both very slow in the mornings.

I agree with BrinSM, but are you used to commutes period? Pasadena to BP is pretty much not very freeway convenient and where in Pasa you will be living. Still the commute isn't bad compared to most So Ca commutes.
