Well...Raging Waters is in San Dimas, if you're into "parks". ETA: Raging Waters is where they filmed "Waterloo" in Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure.

Ooh! I'm going to that. In fact, I tried on my "garb" just this morning! I go every year.

I know I am a little late in the reply to this, but I just joined and had to set the records straight on this. Waterloo was actually filmed at Golfland in Mesa, Arizona. A majority of the film was, except for the Circle K scenes.

I was actually in high school during the filming of the movie, and we were all quite upset that San Dimas High School was not the actual school in the film. What a misrepresentation! LOL

You are near Claremont which has a very nice walkable area. If you want a little more action, the Crazy Horse in West Covina has started an 80's night.

I lived there some years ago - I recall a Farmer's Market on Tues or Wednesday nights off Arrow.

There's tons of biking in and around San Dimas, along with hiking in the foothills.

La Verne is close by, which also has a farmer's market, a cute downtown, and activities hosted by Univ. of La Verne (my alma mater).

It's on Wednesday's. I'm actually going there tonight. I really love it. Oh and it's actually on Bonita, right in the center of downtown San Dimas.
