I just can't believe how much of a difference a year and a half makes.
I was scanning computer programming jobs the summer of 07 and there were over 1000!! I went to Monster.com a few days ago to look and there were like less than 60. I couldn't believe it. My mouth dropped open.
Now though there are alittle over 160. But still.
That's insane!

I'm surprised the tech industry is that bad. I follow the OC jobs website through Monster and there's still a buttload of administrative/clerical jobs (and probably hundreds of thousands applying)

Okay I didn't check how many openings were available, but I get the LA Times emailed to me every morning and at the top of the page was a link to jobs/classified through the Times. Apparently the LAT is partnered with CareerBuilder.com.
