In general, you can get a full range of STD tests at Planned Parenthood. You can also check the phonebook for free and anonymous HIV testing. There are mouth swab and other quick HIV tests available now that give you the results in just a few minutes.

I'm not sure of the name, but there's a place on the south side of Santa Monica in WeHo that advertises free HIV testing (if that's what you're looking for).

Not worried about HIV testing so much. Wanted to get tested for the other stuff. How about UCLA?

Call the LA County STD hotline at 800-758-0880. A quick Google search gave me that info. After you get done testing, then you may want to stop at a drug store. There are a ton of those in the county.

There's a free clinic in Los Angeles. Good luck.

That's an option but you must get there VERY early if you're talking about the free hospital. The lines are outrageous. Also, even at the clinics the lines are bad so try to be the first one.

you can always check out the online resource HIVLA.org it offers a comprehensive list of health services. not only for HIV prevention, but also other disease related info.

it will provide locations and contact info.

i know something about the free clinics. the last one i went to for a TB test was also an STD clinic. it was at 103rd and compton. watts UP!!

they have a morning cycle and an after noon cycle. you must arrive early. slots are limited and fill up quickly. check the HIVLA site for more info.

or google. STD test in LA. very simple buddy.

check yourself, protect yourself

Textbook, I thought you were coming to Los Angeles from Japan for a few months with your girlfriend?

Did you visit the hospital?
the ENT doctor?
get the acid reflux issue resolved?
go to the eye doctor?
buy that pair of sunglasses?
the snowboard?
Target?
UCLA?

Did you tell your girlfriend about the STD?
