Just wanted to respond to ur comment...I am a graduate from CSUN. The four years I attended I did not feel unsafe or that something bad was going to happen. When I had night classes, I had campus police escort me from my class to my car. They have a direct line for everyone to call to. If an incident were to occur, believe me they will fix it fast and not delay in keeping campus safe and secure for everyone!!

I agree, UCLA of course, but talking about the State University system, I would consentrate on SDSU or Northridge. Yes, yes, LASU is a commuters school big time.

I also see this thread was started 4 months ago, with school starting in just over a month, I bet the OP has made a decision.
