Default Marina Del Rey

Howdy folks. My wife and I are looking to move from Downtown to Marina Del REy this summer. We've been looking a little bit but haven't found many prices listed. We pay about 1800 right now. MDR...price comparable?

Are you looking for an apartment? How many bedrooms? Any more specifics or just want a place in MDR?

check all the complexes around marina pointe dr. my wife and i have been looking at moving to the area for a little while and have seen prices drop rather dramatically since last year. new 2br units with all appliances (including w/d) can be had right around the $2000 per month.

We've got about 850 sq. ft. right now, would like to keep it in the 750 range. 1br or 2 is fine... 2 is preferable, but keeping things to less than 1800 will be the deal sealer.

How will prices feel around summer time? That's our time frame
