i appreciate any input, curosity is in my blood. does anyone know what the fine is for trespass? somewhere i saw a sign that said 1000.00 fine and six months in jail, but i think that only refers to city or county property that is undeveloped, like flood control basins, etc. this is private property owned by the mobil home park owner. the sign says no trespassing but doesn't specify anything else. this is in the spot where i would go over the fence. however since my house in in a federal disaster area, it might be a federal offense? anyone up on trespass law?

i am very patient but my mother is yelling about the ridiculous nature of this situation. the burned home in the park that you see from the freeway right along the access road belonged to the power family and the city won't remove it unless that family asks them too. it would appear that they didn't want to do that, maybe they have just walked away from the home. all the surviving homes except one are located in the rear of the park, like mine. without any doubt the one home that stands alone, is a freak survivor of erractic fire behavior, it is dead center in the park. i remember when you could fall asleep in oakridge without any trouble, it was a sleepy backwater. what bad luck for so many of my friends.

i just wrote the mayor again today to allow the residents to take care of their landscaping, with high temps today and winds the remaining plants that survived the fire will soon be dead, if not already. the lock out of the residents is a terrible joke.

Mobile home park (over 55) manager has informed a friend that if she (my friend) comes into the park, she (manager) will have her (my friend) arrested for tresspassing. Background: approximately one year ago, my friend (who was living with me) caused a ruckus (drunk in parking lot, removed by sheriff). She attacked me, and I asked that she be removed. At time, the park manager, based on my request, "banned" my friend from the park. I have informed park manager that I wish for my friend to be allowed into my home - not anywhere else in the park - but manager says that if friend comes in, she will be arrested for trespass.

That's fascinating and stuff, on a soap opera level, but what does it have to do with this thread?
