It's an affluent part of the City of Los Angeles, predominantly black, on the western edge of South LA bordering Carver City.

Its Baldwin Hills (with and s) and it's not a city. It's part of Los Angeles. |

I don't know how big that zip code is and I believe BH is close to an area known as "the jungle" that you don't want to live in. |

I am looking to buy, I have a 6 year old and I run my own business. So I will not have to commute to downtown L.A. on a daily basis, but still need it to be pretty close proximity. |
