Default Mission Hills?

I've looked but can't find much info on Mission Hills. I've checked the home prices, street view, birds eye view, etc. and most of it seems nice. I've checked crime stats and it seems pretty calm. But I did see one post on here where it was rated as "stay away - except for a few nice parts" and it was rated the same as North Hills ! Which I was just there last night and is really, really, really bad ..

Does anyone live in or around Mission Hills? Specifically around the park off Devonshire? And what appears to be some sort of water basin?
