Default Playa Vista -- thoughts?
Seems like Playa Vista is a nice place to live...parks and such.

Does anybody here live there? My questions include:

1) fitness center--is it nice? can you actually use it or is it superbusy?
2) methane gas warning signs everywhere...what is this about?
3) safety--car break-ins and such?
4) where do you shop for food and such?

Playa is in a great location and it's a very comfortable planned community, but you are sitting on top of methane gas. Methane gas is explosive at high levels. So with that being said, A beautiful place near the sea VS. Being blown up if the levels get to high. So far Playa vista hasn't been on the news.
