True, I don't think that Whittier is HEAVILY populated by gangs, but parts of it are a bit different than, say, Brea! This particular section probably isn't somewhere that Average Family Person™ wants to live in.

I'd imagine the OP is also looking into things as well as asking total strangers on a forum lol.
I look at houses for sale on line and ask if anyone knows anything about the area. Altough there are those who make stuff up just to amuse themselves!
