LA- Where do the undiscovered actresses and models live? (Santa Monica: transplants, neighborhood)

I'm moving to LA with a friend. We're both college grads with jobs that allow us a lot of freedom where we might live in LA county. I apologize if this all sounds very calculating, but my friend and myself are attractive guys who simply have an appreciation for female beauty and we're wondering what part(s) of LA do the wannabe actress/models tend to live. (Not the famous ones in bel air), but the actress/models that are still waitressing etc., trying to be discovered.

Well, but nature, they tend to converge on Hollywood. Lots of people trying to make it in the industry flock to Hollywood, as stated, but also North Hollywood. I've also seen lots of transplants in coastal areas such as Santa Monica and Venice, but those may be more of an expat-type.

But on a broader scale, I'd say most go to the SFV.

They tend to live with producers or directors who are usually twenty to thirty years older than them.

actually they might live almost anywhere, yes, SFV would be a start, but lots of other live in the valley as well..How about Santa Monica, or anywhere near a beach community??? Remember, wanting to see them is one thing, dating them if you can't offer them something to further their career is quite another.

Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz, Hollywood, Mid Wilshire, Korea Town. Pretty much any hipster/trendy neighborhood.

Eagle Rock, too. I was going to mention those, but they (the people in mention) get mixed in with all the hipster stuff, many who are transplants themselves.
