Initally renting ... three bed/2 bath in the $ 4200 - $ 5000 per month range ... kids going to Roosevelt ... work from home but travel once a week for a long day in San Diego ... often hitting the airport to hit Pheonix or Nevada ... that's the story plus a good gym ...
