Good to know that in your mind its impossible for people out of state to move. Honestly, it wouldnt be reasonable to ask the guy to hold it for an extra week or two, just so I can go out there and see it. Its not worth his time, and its not as much worth my money.
I have a friend in West Hollywood that is going to check out the area and such today.

The previous tenant only lasted a week. Older guy wants to share apartment with younger guy. Hmmm! That makes my antenna go up and red flags start to wave.
