Default Pacific Palisades

What are some high rise condos in Pacific Palisades that have ocean views by Will Rogers State Beach? I've been having some trouble finding condominiums, I keep pulling up ones closer to Santa Monica around Ocean Ave.

Thanks

This is only one condo in the palisades that is hi-rise and its on Sunset Blvd at the loop that wraps around the lake shrine temple/meditation center.

The next closest would be 2 in Santa Monica off of the North end ocean ave. North of San Vicente.

There aren't any condos right on the beach in Pacific Palisades?

Are the ones in Santa Monica really nice?

Depends on what your definition of nice is. One of the SM condos is pretty old, 1970s I think. The other one is new and hangs off the bluffs. Thats about as ocean front as you can get in SM without living off of PCH.

Do you know what the name of that condo is? You're talking about the one that looks like it's built right into the bluff when you look at it from the bike path, right? (the building has a "rounded" appearance from the front).

Yes thats the one. The Condo is called 101 Ocean Condos.

I should mention there are some condos along PCH just below this condo and the bluffs but they are no more than 4 stories.

Thanks, greggd! I've always liked the look of that building. That whole area around there is one of my favorite spots/areas in LA/SaMo.

I like the area as well. The units in that building are some of the more expensive units in SM. There are a few other pretty nice bldgs in the area. Down the street a few blocks is an older condo, about 5-6 stories, and very cool views.
