Default Cost of Well and Septic in Acton, Canyon Country, Agua Dulce?

Hey,

I have been considering moving to Acton, Agua Dulce, Canyon Country area by buying a piece of land and having a home built on it. I want to know if someone who has lived in one of these areas has experience with getting a well and or septic put in.

I want to know an average cost, if anyone would be willing to help me out.

Can't tell you the cost, but I wouldn't buy any property in any of those areas unless I was certain that the septic woud perc and the well met the required flow. I know of many 'lots' sitting empty because of lack of groundwater and/or the ability of the septic system to perc. Tread carefully!!

I have also head of the low flow rates in the Acton area. In the Antelope Valley out west, I had a well at 25GPM at 600 feet at $25 per foot so the previous owners told me. I have a friend who could not build because of the perc in Leona Valley so that can be a nightmare.
