Hey There,
These townhomes are in a very safe area of Lancaster. You have to make 3 times the rent per month, and no section 8. You also have to have a stable job, and a clear background. They are 2 bed, 2 bath, and 2 car garage. It's about 1100 feet of living space, all for around $1300 pre month. Hope this helps. -S
